I know, but llbo posted just as I was thinking, why do a RS with 500 million to issue. Catherine can gag the TA like a lot of pinks do, issue 500 million shares tomorrow and run like hell. The stock is trading fairly at .0025, she can bang the hell out of it with 500 million shares to trip zeros and then reverse it.

Alex makes sense, they did it for liquidity reasons because brokers wont trade sub pennies or are preparing not to anymore.

I think this is what they are waiting on. Just a hunch. Just came up with it as I think this out.
