I have previously posted re LLEG's role in Berlin project.
Originally LLEG was a partner [to the tune of 37%] in the group promoting the Berlin project. As price estimates ballooned management of LLEG realized that they could not raise the sums needed to maintain their ownership position. They opted to sell their interest but management was urged to remain as advisors due to the expertize they possessed.
That TOO is a FACT.
All other projects they have been involved with, they intend to maintain full control. THAT is a FACT.
