Well, it looks as if this Penson Rule is hitting all the sub pennies.

What is the point of being 10 cents or 1/10 of a penny. Who cares what the stock price is. Why is Penson instituting this new rule. What is the point. Maybe the brokers dont like penny stocks. Well, the hell with them, who cares where the decimal is.
