The orignial ICTN did not start in 1990 as a publicly traded company. BH created some corporation that later merger to create ICTN as a publicly traded company. He soaked invstors until the things started falling apart in the early 2000s. Then he created RLTR and charged the companies fees for many years until he couldn't get any more money from investors. Then, he high-tailed, leaving MF with a mess. He took ICTN (a tech company--in name only), and turned it into BCCI, doing a reverse split that disenfranchised the old stockholders.
All his companies have brought in less revenues that all the invstments made in them.
