Not so fast. QCOM has no rights to IDCC's CDMA pat's ISSUED AFTER Nov. 1994. And brother,there's a lot of them. I believe IDCC is going to sue QCOM or sign them to a ROYALITY BEARING LICSENSE. This war is just begining between the two. PUNKIN611
