If news hits is one thing. If it has any substance to it is another.

It does detect shares are being sold at .0001 and over 900 million shares on the bid currently. This news is in print as well.

If you read the financials as I noticed you posted the float,
you will see 2.2B,that is billion shares were added the first three months of this year.
