Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) CEO and President, Jessica Gutierrez, announces that Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea is headed to Red Robin restaurants. The Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, Inc. will be putting Hall of Fame Beverage's brand tea in 18 of its Red Robin locations with plans to serve the tea to its customers in additional restaurants in the near future. This Red Robin franchise Group covers the Lehigh Valley, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Philadelphia and Harrisburg regions in Pennsylvania.

Gutierrez says, "We couldn't have found a better Group to work with in rolling out our bag in a box (BIB) tea product to restaurants than the Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group and Red Robin restaurants. Hall of Fame Beverage's owner and founder, Larry Johnson, helped the franchise Group open its 18th location in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, back in April, and says Hall of Fame couldn't have found a better partner to highlight the company's new leadership and growth into the future.

The Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group opened its first Red Robin in 1993 and will open its 19th restaurant this winter with more breaking ground soon. Our distribution partner US Foodservice, Allentown, will be distributing our bag in a box product to the Red Robin locations. Red Robin started in Colorado back in 1969 and currently has more than 430 Red Robin restaurants nationwide.

Five of the Group's Red Robin locations are outfitted with the bag in a box equipment to serve the tea immediately. Also, Hall of Fame Beverage's CEO has started the process to decrease the company's Authorized Common Shares count by 1-billion shares. Jessica Gutierrez has filed the paperwork with the state of Delaware and the company's Transfer Agent to rid Hall of Fame of any shares that could be added to the share structure.

"I told our shareholders in my recent letter, that things will be done differently at Hall of Fame Beverages, and that I am focused on building this company the right way. I will be doing what is necessary to reduce the share structure and the first step is to decrease the AS. I want to make it clear I have no intention to dilute."
