Thanks! Parker has become our new hero!! He really knows how to command the court room. I noticed at Monday's close, it seemed like the Judge was speaking to him and not Rosen on the upcoming schedule this week!! At least it seemed that way because Parker was the one answering her and I never heard Rosen!! :)


I still didn't quite understand what all the fight was about today between Ed Sargent and Rosen/Stuchak over Kosturos cross when he's on the stand. Did you understand the problem?


One last thing ... Dan Walker did really great this afternoon. He was well suited to do the cross on Krueger.
