the parties are all seeing the docs. they just aren't broadcast to the courtroom, that way everyone who was interested in being in the hearings would be able to stay. I can't see a thing on the screen, so no go from that respect. whenever you hear about them referencing trading records...they all have them to look at...so the evidence is being used.
