I have printed it and showed it to wife for when neither of feels like cooking.

Thanks Ron, BTW good going on the memory, I couldn't remember the name place by time I got home. Of course I did not get home until 6:30.

After I left you I went home, grabbed my Glucose meter headed for the doc to look at it. Once at Kaiser and after seeing my doctor and good going over this and that I had to go to the x-ray department (Left shoulder & left knee, just more arthritis). Then I had go to the lab and give blood & urine samples. He changed two meds, so I was next off to the pharmacy. After that I was off off to the Nurses Aid station for a whooping cough shoot. Kaiser may be a cattle system but it works and works well, this all done in one day and in one place; three different building but in one location. The lab reports were on the website waiting for me first thing the morning.

I didn't get home until 5:30, the wife was all ready to roll, off to the Winco (store), there she got what needed and then back home it was. At 6:43 PM I was in my house shorts and in my chair, waiting for a Most Excellent homemade Pork Chow Mein. That wife of mine can really cook. It's one of the reasons I'm so big, both the wife and are really damn good cooks, and then their is my mother, step mother and two sisters who love to share, and my next door neighbor is damn good too... I don't stand a chance!

UGH!!! But a happy ugh. big smile
