I do believe that most of those 17 will wither & die just because they will not be able to dispute the sec "calling them out" & will never be able to obtain an MM to file a 211 with finra. You need to view the order again & refresh. quibble over what I think specific semantics in SEC statements mean? I don't have to quibble, no one does. Everyone can read the official order which clearly discloses why each of these 17 were suspended. Anywhere MD is part of an acquisition not reported by MedLink. What happens when MedLink reports that in the 10K (or whatever Q sh*t) form??? It's going to happwen, I have no doubt. Otherwise, explain to me why Medlink's accountant & staff worked on a 3 year financial history???
