Sure a suspension order from the SEC for inaccurate info is sufficient. Especially if you go back and apply a simple research pattern to say, all companies over the past 24 months that have been suspended for inaccurate info. because if you do this you find that they wither up and die. have you done this? Nope you haven't. I will take history as a research tool over any penny stock company's unverifiable word.

Fact is, inaccurate info suspension result in the deaths of the companies involved. Yep, many still trade. yep, the vast majority at losses over 90% of the price at the time of suspension. Lookie here, what is the percentage loss since opening back up?
