Where is the agreement/contract for $500K from "shareholders" that was recently announced to fund the plant? There hasn't been a single word on that vague event since it was PR'd. No one is loaning that much money without terms, so what are the terms?

Prove this company is legit by presenting even ONE contract for design/development/construction/staffing/materials where money has changed hands or has a financial penalty involved for failure to complete. Every agreement to date has had ZERO financial interest, from the engineering firm to the wood waste product suppliers; all of them have no financial cost or penalties and could be evaporated in a moment with no risk to either party. That doesn't demonstrate commitment.

Where are the applications for permits, environmental impact studies, etc. from the town and state? No fuel plant can be built or operate without these sorts of permits, but to date no one has posted any evidence of such official documents being applied for. And a single article in the local paper alluding to the plant does not hold any weight in this regard.

But 100+ million shares dumped at 0001 and 0002 is a healthy sign? Healthy for whom, shorters?
