--- "Regarding WHY THOMAS HARGIS IS THE RIGHT PERSON -----> He has BOTH extensive Mgmt. experience AND extensive Technology experience in making technologies successful and bringing them to market. Most importantly, he has the foresight to really bring new ideas to the table.
--- "I know what Thomas Hargis is going to bring to ENTI, and I have been very excited about the future for ENTI.
--- "I know what he is going to bring, and what he has planned for this Company. Thomas Hargis has amazing, AMAZING ideas, he really has some FANTASTIC ideas.
--- "Many of the things that many OF YOU have alluded-to, and that you've heard US allude to, are coming onto his watch. He has some fantastic ideas, he's going to change so many things, and put things in the right direction.
--- "The plan is form him to speak to you guys in the next day or two.
--- "In the past, I was looking to hire a COO to run the business, but at the end of the day, to land a caliber person like Thomas Hargis, it required me to make him CEO.
--- "This is because the type of potential Customers and the types of potential Contracts he plans on landing, it really requires him to be able to walk-into these levels of presentations and negotiations presenting himself as CEO.
--- "In terms of the Corporate Structure, I brought him on to bring this Company to the next level. Now, the way I've structured it, I am still in control of the Company from BOTH a Share standpoint AND from a "Directing the Company" standpoint.
--- "I will admit that, in the past, I've made mistakes where I've handed-off companies and it didn't work-out well. I'm not making that error again.
--- "I'm not concerned about Thomas, he'll do a fantastic job. The structure is, Mr. Hargis will report to the Board.
--- "Regarding the PTEL Share Dividend and the previous T/A, we received SOME of the information we needed, and it was incorporated into our Submission to FINRA, but the rest of it we literally couldn't open. If any of you have ever needed to get old information from previous Vendors, it's just been CRAZY. It's upsetting, it's delaying things, I know everybody's anxious, but we have most of the information now, and the rest, we should have this week, and the final Submission should be going to FINRA so that we can distribute the Shares.
--- "I want to emphasize, the process is 99% done. ENTI is in possession of the Preferred Shares of PTEL that will be distributed to ENTI Shareholders. This Dividend WILL HAPPEN. I'm sorry it's late...it's just the environment out there nowadays, things just require more-and-more documentation. I said it's going to happen, and IT...IS...GOING TO...HAPPEN.
--- "This Friday, July 22 is the Orlando Concert for NKOTB/ Backstreet Boys. I will be attending, and the Winner of the first little "teaser" Contest also will be there, AND I've heard from several of our Shareholders who ALSO will be there. I'm trying to arrange for them to, POSSIBLY, meet Howie D. They're gonna wear their "MusicMatrix" T-shirts, and that's really neat!
--- "THE PHONE APP IS DONE. I've said it before, I'll say it again: THE...PHONE...APP...IS...DONE. When we decide to release it, we will release it. THIS is not the time to release it.
--- "We have a particular time when we're gonna do it, when we are going to release the Phone App. I'm working with various Promotional opportunities for it, including the possibility of a Spokesperson endorsing it. I'm gonna do it when the time is right, it's just that simple. If ya don't believe me that the Phone App is done, I don't know what else I can do. I can get out a sledgehammer maybe and pound you in the head, but I don't think that is gonna work either. [ chuckle ]
--- "Regarding the MusicMatrix Media Store (7 million songs and albums), a lot of things, quite frankly, were not delivered per the Contract. There's been a lot of games with them regarding what they SAID they were going to do, and what actually has been done. We're trying to work through those. I'm not happy with them. I can't hide that from you, I'm just not happy with them.
--- "If this requires replacing them, we will do that. I don't WANT TO do that, because it's going to require much more programming and time. But, the time we're losing right now with them, ya know, sometimes ya have to cut your losses, so I'm really looking into all of that, considering what-all we can do. The Store is not where I want it to be -- it really isn't, and I've heard that from many other people as well.
---"With my focus now 100% on MusicMatrix, and less on Encounter, I'm going to be able to do things, and get things like the Store really moving more forward.
--- "I want to alert you that I'm expecting some DOWN-TIME on MusicMatrix in the coming days and maybe next week. It could be lengthy at times. I am letting you know, because the minute the Site goes down for 10 seconds, people start jumpin' out of windows.
--- "You have to understand, with Sites like ours, like any other Website, have down-time for various reasons. I will say that our Site, if you look at it in the long-run, has very MINIMAL down-time. When you go for that long without being "down," often times you have to take a day or two to kind-of re-set things. It could be sporadic, it could be a lengthy period of time, it could be intermittently quite-often...I'm not a Programmer, and I don't always know what to expect in terms of that. But I DO know that, considering some of the Upgrades we're doing to the Site, most of it is behind the scenes, so it's going to require the Site going down at times.
--- "Regarding the Corporate Websites for ENTI and PTEL --- YES, I know they are not up to par! The Pegasus one, it's a temporary one. I needed to get a Site up, I needed to get a backbone up. We are working to Upgrade it, make it look better, and so forth. It's important, it's part of the Corporate Image, I "get it."
--- "And the same for the EncounterTech Website. BOTH of these Websites are among the very first things Thomas Hargis actually has said he wants to address, so you're going to see a lot of Upgrades on the Sites.
--- "WHY is MusicMatrix STILL on the EncounterTech Website? Well, it's NOT up there because we forgot to take it off! MusicMatrix IS a PROJECT OF ENCOUNTER. Many companies show things that they used to work-on, on their Websites. It's part of their Resumes. Well, http://www.musicmatrix.com is a big part of ENCOUNTER'S Resume.
--- "Another area that ENTI is still growing-in, is the SEO/SEM business. If that aspect of ENTI takes of, it MAKES SENSE for Encounter to provide those Services to MusicMatrix. That's why it is listed under "Projects."
--- "There are big fish to fry at the moment. The big fish are moving this Company forward with some amazing new Business Opportunities, ensuring that everybody gets their PTEL Shares, and moving MusicMatrix forward. These are our core issues for right now.
