It's not so much that I doubted the 50SMA as that I forgot it was Friday -- the day of market heroics. {g}
Dow liked round number 8600 going into the weekend, and that's normal.
Yep. Plus, it allows "them" to say that the market started off 2003 with an up week. (Get on board the train, it's leaving soon, etc, etc, etc, etc, ad nauseum.)
re: SOX 60 min ADX
With the setting at 14 it looks like it's right around ten, not zero. ???
