One can only postulate the 1.4 billion shares issued were part of HM3 dealings. 1 billion of those where retired. So roughly 400 million hit folks pockets including 200 mill roughly hitting the streets. Assuming an average price of 0.005 (being kind), one might postulate $1 million hit someone's pockets. So there appears there was some selling last year. $1 million isn't exactly chump change.
