baldeagle...yes...I did notice that...but that is not the relief the EC is looking for. They are out for far more serious numbers (and I don't want to go back to the filing...from recall) a disallowance of any profits to go to the HF's. Now, you take that number, and that the EC is in the reorg driver's seat, and a number from the HF's and JPMC for the EC to go away... boohooing..."leaves us alone"!!! That's a much fatter, with lotza round numbers in it.

So...while Tom Hals vaguely whips past the potential slap on the wrist...along with the illusion that they had this ethical (hole in the) wall, along with all these protections (after the fact)...his story is a POS.

I dont' want to beat up on the guy...all I can say about his credibility..re: this story...is that it is for sh%t. Curious after I googled the guy, I noticed he's on the LA Dodgers story as well...and who is there??? SG...and JPMC. Hmmm...think it's all coincidence?
