I've got the triple play package from Time Warner in Los Angeles and I'm paying about $140 with only one box and not every tier I'd like. Each additional box would be another $10 or so and then there's rental movies and pay per view.

The only chink in the armor could be the ability to stream television and movies thru the internet. It's not convenient for everybody, but as technology moves forward it's going to become easier and easier.
