There's no reason for this company to be publicly-traded. I wonder how many companies sold those exact same junk phones from China, and never even considered selling shares to stay afloat. They either succeeded or they went away. Now, it's e-cigs. How does a company incur millions of dollars in debt, with 5 employees and a PO box? Where is all that money from dumped shares GOING?
