Well...quite honestly I don't know the reputation of Tom Hals. But if you ask me, he's getting a little padding from someone to paint a much nicer picture of the facts that what was presented in court today...

Soundproof room my backside...Gropper walked down the hall 30 ft to place calls that contained inside information. I don't know what kind of "ethical wall" that is...maybe it was the phone by the water fountain...where all have access and paid rights to...and the soundproofing was a later addition to Aurelius...what nonsense

And Hal's explanation of what Groper said in response to the inside information and the 4.1B issue was pure hype...if it was as clean as Hals portrays Gropers response, he belongs writing the follow up to Alice in Wonderland. Groper was flattened by the line of questioning and he had no clue what to say...except...it didn't matter!

Still, the press isn't reporting the reality here.
