OK ... let me get this right.
Supposedly some rich locals owned a bunch of shares pre-2009 and put them away in a drawer cause they are loyal.

Since then, EXPH has issued 2.3+ BILLION shares and the PPS has fallen dramatically.

Are we expected to believe that the locals are still happy and loyal with how their investment has fared???
