My read was that ADRN has no revenues and after reading their last report posted on the their IHUB board and can only say they also have an awful share structure too. No matter how much management dilute, KKs preferred shares are always equal 80% of the outstanding.

They have to pay GERS 10% royalty on systems they install or develop which is a preferential rate.

The only small interesting thing that I saw in the report was that if they develop and patant a new technology, they own it in its' entirity, now I thought that was interesting.
