Chesapeake, which produces natural gas, announced Monday that it would spend $1 billion over the next decade to build natural gas fueling stations and other infrastructure and innovations that would encourage the use of natural gas. Jefferies analyst Laurence Alexander said the announcement was "incrementally positive" for Westport.
