I spoke to Scott on weds. evening. Asked him about him about the resigning from Bond and theBK being connected and his response was Do you think, in a joking way. Said we are down to one merger candidate,has a meeting date of aug. 9 with creditors. Also said that we had 8 million in debt to get off the books and decided that BK was the way to go.We talked for about ten minutes, he was very open. I told him that he gave me more info in this call,than in the last seven months,he said that he was able to because most info could be obtained publicly. He does have big plans and high hopes. I trust that we are headed in the right direction and am sticking it out with Scott. Call him,he is easy to reach and willing to talk.
