If IDCC is able to enforce it's IPR in WCDMA standards and gets a % or so in all things WCDMA is that good or bad for QCOM? IMHO is a net good thing. Makes WCDMA more pricey allowing Q to sell NCDMA stuff for less undercutting wideband. BUT, if IDCC also makes it's IPR stick to NCDMA (as it has in other deals)is that a net bad for QCOM?
