this is all old news. actually, its just the tip of the iceberg.

i mentioned the fact that the cancellation amendment never showed up at the Nevada SoS site quite awhile ago. its one of the many reasons i didnt buy back in after the inital run from .0003 to .004.

still no amendment when i checked last week.

intends to file resolutions with the state of Nevada to cancel all remaining Preferred shares issued to past management

the only amendment posted is the A/S increase.

also interesting to note that Mammoth and Trilliant both were in default at Nevada earlier this year.

its too bad that it takes lawsuits and pps in the toilet for people to start doing research. your supposed to do it before you lose half your investment. but hey its your cash. or rather, it was yours.
