AlanC, if the short interest continues to grow, there will definitely be a time when a hedge fund or two play the squeeze. Key indicator will be they begin stacking the bid and pushing into the ask. That will force those short to buyback into the ask. For the squeezes I have witnessed, stacking the bid is the only way to force them to cover at the ask. When investors "slap that ask" they allow for more short selling to occur. And when that ask slapping stops, there is ZERO support at the bid to support the PPS. As the PPS slips and the bid support pulls back, those short are allowed to cover at a profit.

The boys in SLC have very deep pockets and are very powerful businessmen. Good will prevail IMO.
