Was there anything specific, that came from anyone asociated with the company, that persuaded or enticed you to invest in the first place (or add along the way), that, in your opinion, turned out to be false, fabricated, misrepresented, or knowingly embellished (without any association with reality), that otherwise should have been known by the person(s) providing the information to be so? i.e. the much reported 'imminent' release of audited financials, the proclamations of 'testing' by numerous Fortune 500 companies/banks, etc.

Did you have any conversations with Sutton, or anyone else, wherein their 'promotion' of the stock/company was in stark contrast to how events ultimately unfolded? (and that you'd be prepared to testify to). Did anyone call you to suggest you might want to buy/add in advance of publicly released information? (as happened to myself on at least one occasion).

Was anything NOT disclosed that had it been would have altered your perception of the company and/or changed your decision making process? i.e. what would you have done had you known that all these LOI's were defunct long before a shareholder (me) finally got him to admit to it on paper. There are no shortage of things that can be verified to NOT have occurred and were, more than likely, outright fabrications (or at least had precious little prospect of coming to fruition), that were designed to sell or support the stock. Just help out with exposing the lies if you can.

We need to establish a long-term pattern of deceptive practices by Sutton that grossly enriched himself at the expense of others.

The more shareholders (or former shareholders who suffered losses) that are 'party' to this document, the better. In the end, we'll present it to the SEC with a long list of 'real people' that have been harmed by Sutton's actions over the years (yes, we'll need as many as possible to 'sign' on to the document w/real names to add credibility and get the SEC's attention).

Sutton's banking on everyone quietly accepting their fate. At the very least we can ensure it costs him a bundle trying to defend himself. I've held many folks accountable over the years...some legally, some 'appropriately', some both. Sutton will get his.

Oil.
