Larry, which group are you talking about? The S&P 500 reached about that level early in August and for 11 trading days thereafter it stayed above 80 before the market peaked 8/22, so we are only on the second day. Grant you, if volume does not increase next week, this rally may die much faster than I expected, but I still think this rally has some legs and the volume should increase next week. I think that looking at one of those alone is too simplistic, the rate of change is also more important (particularly significant excesses and sharp turns).
