i'm sorry the primer was missed

caveats met .. i always give on avg
3 to 5 years .. i'm the newbie in EXPO
via EXPH at 3 years in august .. i also
only bought shares one time in 9 months
after that first buy since i wasn't sure
the co. could survive the events of sept 2008

what kept me in the stock were 2 things
mgmt going to restricted common <from pref'd>
and the introduction of ETC .. since i'd done
my DD and had a good idea where ETC was finding
its first home ..

<on an aside that is why i want to know the intent
of the new ceo in relation to ETC and the co.s future>

imo ALL LEGIT CO.S on the OTC
<expo included> are manipulated
from the very second they *trade*
on the pks .. suspect expo's shell
was mired in FTD's .. as such it was
an even more tempting target

the key is can the co. *survive*
the attn given .. back in 2009
i saw the manipulation on the tape

hence my *documentation* and contacting
both the sec and finra .. both of which
were mocked in RT in this very venue

ironically it may well be documentation
that was pooh poohed here .. sent on to
the SEC that has impact *in due course*

i recognized the curious trades <my term>

i just wasn't .. er .. *aware* of who/why
besides the obvious of $$$$$ involved

clearly the pattern wasn't unique to exph

i said post *turn* in sept 2009 .. that the
goal was the cellar .. i had quite the discussion
with jerry about this exact pattern in play

what matters is basic .. can a legit co. that
has been preyed upon .. survive .. imo the worst
for EXPO is over .. but if folks don't think a
sub penny pps doesn't impact their business they
don't know the process

that said .. what cost them 2 and now entering 3 Qs
was the router going down in OCT 2010

i've lobbied for mgmt to deliver all info in one fell swoop

i have zero interest in creating *opportunities* for those
who DO .. to get a chance to DO .. again as i'm actually
interested in the co. LT ..

it's clear to me that the bottom is in .. i fully expect
mgmt to deliver on both fins/forms/bod and new ceo

it comes on their time line not mine
