the filing heading error didn't result in anyone but a couple of investors dumping their shares

I see. So it isn't that Expo Holdings has a possible corrupt management that files false documents possibly to get common shareholders to dump their holdings and refuses to file the superseding documents to correct them. And it isn't that Expo's management's actions cost shareholders money through what might be perceived to be an illegal or inappropriate act of fiduciary irresponsibility....or worse, insider manipulation. It's just a matter of how many shareholder's lost money as a result of Expo's management's inappropriate activity. And if that number is defined as "a couple of investors" then the possible illegal activity or fiduciary irresponsibility on Expo Holding's part is perfectly "OK"? Interesting...morality, character and ethics decided by quantity rather than purpose. Guess Diogenes wouldn't have to waste his time visiting the Expo warehouse with his lamp.

So...how many dollars and how many people are harmed in this "couple investors"? Is that group of people always irrelevant or only when a class act like Expo Holdings is involved? IMHO.
