Listen, I've already got far too much time and money tied up in this fiasco.
And I'd previously talked to our corporate securities lawyer and a litigator regarding a lawsuit. That's a non-starter. Costs would be prohibitive, no one would take it on contingency, Sutton's pretty shrewd with what he does and how he does it, and in the end, even if you won, there'd likely not be much to go after in terms of 'assets' anyways.
That all said, in the spirit of WikiLeaks-like transparency, Sutton deserves to be exposed for who he truly is.
I've little interest in taking the lead on this, but I do like the idea of collectively compiling a 'timeline' that outlines the series of events that led GoIP Global to where it is now.
I also agree that providing this, from a group of affected shareholders, would help greatly with a prospective SEC investigation/prosecution.
Here's my proposal (and if enough folks agree to help out, we can get this done).
Let's build this like a Wikipedia page. I'll get the ball rolling in my next post. Everyone can add to it, make amendments, additions etc. with subsequent posts/replies. At some point, we will have compiled a great deal of 'evidence' and there will be too much to have posted up here in it's entirety. At that point, we'll copy the material to a word document, save it to GoBox (because it seems appropriate), and everyone can have access to it there via a publicly available password. When it looks like we've encompassed most everything, I'd be happy to hand deliver it to the SEC.
If there is NOT a collective interest in doing this, it'll die on the vine. Maybe Magone will 'see the light' and contribute what he knows. And I hope ambassadors and others who communicated directly with Sutton/Magone will share what they have as well.
If we keep it real, keep it factual, minimizing speculation and 'venting', it may very well prove to be the ammunition necessary to take out this enemy of the people.
