I have been thinking about Valcent since The Pitch.

I would agree that it appears Fane is a terrible speaker and I have, more than once, complained about the company's approach to communications.

But the fact is, a CEO does not need to be a good speaker to be successful. A smart CEO that can build a company to be profitable and valuable can hire all the good speakers he needs.

If there is one thing that Fane HAS showed in his 7 months at the helm is that he is quite capable of cutting duplicative and unneeded fat, discarding unnecessary expenses and reducing debt.

It is this skill that Fane has shown which is far more important at this juncture.
