Ken told me ones in his e-mail that he is worried about investors being "all in KATX". I thought it was very honest, but unfortunately took his advise just recently. Cost me lots of money so. I may be naive, disagree with some of Ken's decisions, but still hope he will make money for some investors here. Unfortunately you dead right on "He has hurt the ones the were the most loyal to him." But this is how the story goes.
