Jreck has countered in court documents that Seaway Valley, Alteri and North Country Operating owe three of its officers — Mr. Swartz, his father-in-law, Daniel R. Patterson, and Gary P. Baker — more than a combined $500,000 and that Alteri owes Jreck nearly that much.
