I still believe that our best option for 2nd phase drilling for HC is to JV with someone. I'm quite sure that Ken wouldn't be shy about announcing this. Of course if Ken can get financing for Phase 2 at good terms for retail investors it would be great too. And until positive results on this I see no reason for issuing dividends in KATG.
