Good news just in!
I am a large shareholder of CDVT.....
I just got of the phone with Bob, the patent holder for CDVT. A conference call between large shareholders and the lawyers will be held within the next week to discuss the case, and possibly an appeal process. A press release will be released with the outcome of this conference call, and were hoping the decision to appeal the case is the outcome. This appeal needs to be submitted within 30 days from when the verdict was given last week.
