The problem is that JB hasn't delivered the bacon. We're seeing a repeat of last year when there was expectations of the Florida deal taking place. This time there's expectations of a JV and major press taking place. Once again, we're left wondering when that's going to happen, if ever.

There's nothing wrong with a developing company taking longer that expected. Shareholders understand that. But clamming up and leaving shareholders in the dark with regards to progress tends to do bad things with the share price.
