Throw in the fifth Nordic country (Iceland), which is about the same as St. Louis city, including zipjet :)
The population of the City of St. Louis (~325k) is a bit misleading. The metropolitan statistical district of St. Louis is about 2.8M.
When I cruised the Alaska coast and visited the "cities" I was surprised to find these cities had lower populations than some subdivisions here or municipalities.
