It looks like a deal just to keep the program alive and gives array a call option on if it gets to the point they can license it.
Yep, I would assume no money but, as exwannabe noted, it gives ARRY a chance to further reduce their burn while still maintaining a lot of the upside if 543 ever shows any promise. (I've never had any high hopes for this drug since ARRY never gives much buzz to it, compared to their other drugs.)
