cj, You don't think it's possible that TS's offenses were JUST the two? Do you think topdog made that up about Tom saying if he pled guilty the Company would be spared? Why do you assume the worst possible outcome? He was set up!! Yes he fell for it but look at how it happened? Petty! Why weren't there more charges? They should have listed them all right? Correct me if I'm wrong but there is a chance this could have a positive outcome right? Any chance?? You were very bullish on this company, more than anyone else at the time I might add.
