I have no idea; I am reporting what has been stated in the filings. Because of the company's checkered past the only way to know for certain what KK will do with the new revenues and settlement (or court ordered penalties) is to wait and see. In other words, actions speak louder than words, hopes, expectations of the investors (speculators) here. Fourtwo has done a nice job summarizing some of this history that concerns those of us that are veterans of the GERS wars. See posts #15954 & 15946.
