Stocks2rise, no, to the contrary, it seems OPIC is very excited about their discovery.

See this post, Reports on OPIC's (CPC - Taiwan) Benoy-1 oil and gas discovery, if you haven't read it yet. Looks like OPIC is intent on developing an oil field there, unless something really wild has happened since February/March. - LT
