ICBS Limited (ICBT)

I have been so discouraged in the past when I bought shares of ICBT at .002 and then a few weeks later you see investors pick them up at .001 or thereabouts. I sometimes wonder why it retraces so much. I can think of two reasons. ICBT is a pinky and not an accountable reporting company to the SEC and secondly information put out in a PR is not verified. Until the drill tests come out with certified drillologists reports I'll believe it.
