Your shares can not be sold period as all of the major traders are following the DTCC rules except Fidelity. IMO they are doing their clients a disservice by allowing them to buy and sell. What makes you sure when the DTCC will end. We have all given examples of 6 months, a year and more. If you are hoping to sell your shares anytime soon you would be hoping for a SFIO halt and then a reopen on the greys. There have been so many wise posts here posting the facts! I suggest you read those posts and call a real broker not an online broker or call the SEC.
