INET,
But you say “Three years of building up from scam to an almost respectable company with noted BOD members and some learned employees who have signed on ,shows signs of integrity.”
Almost respectable?? Are you saying that there is still a hint of scam but that ok cause they are now almost respectable?
Cdex came away with tech from loch that they built their future on. What happened with the EM-1? It was almost complete but they put it away. The Navy detector study? Nothing – but it was almost feasible, though. What about the FSSS, PSSS, MSSS, or whatever stuff? Nothing except that promised production, testing, and marketing dates keep getting pushed out. What happened with the announcements about the acceptance from the hospitals back in January? Nothing. No test results to report, no announcements of further sales, no recent independent press. What happened with all those trade shows? Did we see numerous contracts, independent press or prs from other companies that supposedly swarmed all over the cdex exhibits? Nope. All kinds of stuff that almost happens. And you call that progress? It just progresses from one stage of an almost complete product to another almost complete product.
Dilution by a 45:1 split, bunches of pp shares sold and registered, and some S-8 filings are almost progress?
Where are the distilleries, the hospitals and pharmacys, the airports, the sea ports, the government agencies that were almost interested?
I don’t think many people are intrested in investing in almost respectable companies. Enron had noted BOD members and learned employees. Enron was almost respectable. Ken Lay almost had integrity.
Is this like playing with hand grenades or horse shoes where almost counts?
One can not admit to an honest effort being made by this almost respectable company.
