And my only point was that the process required for changing the company name has not reached the stage where a filing with FINRA would be appropriate. If FINRA received such a filing without the necessary prior SEC approval and filing of a DEF 14C they wouldn't even look at it.

I'm tryin ta think but nuttin happens......Curly
