There is no way that I or anyone else is going to believe that there was someone selling shares at 12 1/2. Someone gets 500 free shares and NITE pulls another routine. We get a PR that says we have another source of revenue and someone sells shares for 12. Sure they did. You believe that and I got a bridge for you to buy.
If spelling is your thing I think that's great. At my age it's not a priority.
