Arry + ASLAN very strange PR mentions no sum and talks about ASLAN finding PIII partner. Anybody have color on ASLAN and/or deal?

I suspect there is no up front cash at all.

From the ASLAN website, they are a startup that is planning on inlicensing pre-clinicals, get them through PoC in Asia, then outlicenses it out (or back) globally.

So basically ARRY just cut their dev cost in return for ASLAN getting a piece of the pie.
