I am still reading this objection. HOLY CRAP!!!! YES!!! they are going to try and dissallow the hedgies claims entirely. Can you say niagra waterfall on equity if that happens. They also say they will submit an adversary action to equitable dissallow there claims.

WAMUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU........ yes!


They seem very confident on the evidence they have on this issue. The debotrs also should be kicked off the case they call them out on the fraud. this is so GREAT!
